Why Hot Yoga?
It has been proven to be the best exercise and rehab for all alignments of the body and mind that science can research today!

This Hot Yoga series consists of 90 minutes, 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, designed for everyone at any age and with any ailment. Let's Begin!

The method is a therapeutic and unique; the system, in which every posture prepares the body for the next - warming and stretching, the appropriate muscles, ligaments, and tendons. The postures are done in a room heated to 105 degrees and 40% humidity for purpose.
