What’s wrong with this picture? The interesting point of this comes from my first class over 20 yrs ago, when after my first class the teacher asked me what my favourite posture was. I didn’t know the name but I remember the feeling, and it was definitely the easiest. (Fixed firm pose) Now someone might look at it and say, your doing nothing at all, or it looks like you got worse. Here’s the conclusion; life doesn’t always go up. There’s the down too. (Lol I know your laughing) yoga is life and it has it’s ups and downs too. Recently I hurt my knee on my motorcycle and the best rehab I can do is Bikram yoga. Because doing your best means getting the best in this hot room. Period. It doesn’t matter what your postures look like. So the fact that this is my best today means my body is getting the best benefits. And sure enough after class my knee feels much better day by day. Soon this will be my easiest again. So if you come to class judging what everyone can or can’t do, your wasting your time. If your interested in improving your life the best way you can, your at the right place. Welcome to the greatest healing Center in the world, where the most flexible doesn’t win. 👍🙌
